Service call vs. shop repairs

Depending on the circumstances, we either dispatch a service technician to your facility to make the necessary on site battery and charger repairs, or we can pick up your battery or charger and install a rental unit for you to use while we test and evaluate your equipment. A written quoted will be delivered for approval before any repairs are made to your batteries or chargers.

Our service technicians and customer service rep. inspect number and write up a condition report on all your motive power equipment without interrupting your facility’s day-to-day operations.
